Pump Repairs

The pumps service procedure is very straight forward. Provided customers give a quick authorisation, we can inspect, report, repair and return most pumps within a week. Our submersible pump repair service has been arranged into a 'traffic light' system in order to keep the repair time production as fast as possible.

A source of great annoyance for our customers is missing parts, which is often vital to an urgent repair. We therefore hold huge stocks, which enables us to maintain efficiency and thus a very high level of customer satisfaction. We offer a DHL service for those rare times that we are sold out. By working closely with our carrier's we are able to collect and return repaired submersible pumps to site within a few days from all over the UK and Ireland, provided they are in a box or on a pallet.

Most submersible pumps and parts are avaiable anywhere in the UK within 24 hours. All goods are delivered on a standard charge next day basis and for a small extra charge we offer a 9am or mid morning delivery.
