The Toyo DP150B-3 submersible pump with agitator has been specially designed to pick up and transport abrasive materials with the least amount of water.

The design incorporates the patented Toyo agitator, attached directly to the pump shaft, which together with the semi open or closed impeller, large open passages for the easy passage of solids, heavy duty shaft/bearing configuration and custom built motor, result in the most rugged submersible slurry pump on the market today.

Robust construction, careful selection of materials and uniquely contoured components, coupled with a low speed high torque motor, have produced a pump with excellent abrasion resistance - these characteristics ensure long service life and economical operation.

The patented agitator lifts sediments into suspension, creating a slurry mixture. This enables the continuous pumping of media with a high concentration of solids.

The impeller, the wear plates(s) and the agitator are manufactured in cast chrome iron.

The DP range can handle slurries with solid content of up to 60% by weight, particle sizes up to 60mm and liquid temperatures up to 60C with pH levels between 4 and 9.5.
