Euroflo have two primary service centres, one near London and the other in Dublin. Both centres are equipped with the ability to fully wet test pumps for both head and flow in our test tank. Our technicians have been in the pumping industry for most of their working life and have vast knowledge and experience to draw upon. We can service any submersible pump brand as well as most surface mounted pump brands.
Our submersible pump repair service has been arranged into a ‘traffic light’ system in order to keep the repair time production as fast as possible. The pumps service procedure is very straightforward. Provided customers give a quick authorisation, we can inspect, report, repair and return most pumps within a week.
A source of great annoyance for our customers is missing parts, which is often vital to an urgent repair. We therefore hold huge stocks, which enables us to maintain efficiency and thus a very high level of customer satisfaction. We offer a DHL service for those rare times that we are sold out. By working closely with our carrier’s we are able to collect and return repaired submersible pumps to site within a few days from all over the UK and Ireland, provided they are in a box or on a pallet.
Most submersible pumps and parts are available anywhere in the UK within 24 hours. All goods are delivered on a standard charge next day basis and for a small extra charge we offer a 9 am or mid morning delivery.
