Media Library
The Euroflo media library provides a summary of our equipment and related services in action. This includes demonstrating the wide range of applications our equipment can be used for, the large scale project work we undertake and the exhibitions we attend across the UK. For additional information regarding any one of these videos please contact us.
Back in June we exhibited at Hillhead in Derbyshire - the UK's major construction event and the biggest working quarry show in the world.
This video shows a hard-iron submersible pump mounted on a pontoon with a floating pipeline delivering a sand slurry at approximately 30% sand by volume.
Euroflo have supplied a complete package of 8" high flow submersible drainage pumps, pipework, controls and generators to control tidal and groundwater ingress into a temporary coffer dam.
A large number of Grindex drainage pumps were utilised using a state of the art electronic control system to float a 7500T concrete caisson into place and to maintain the caissons horizontal stability.
Heavy duty hard-iron pumps were utilised over a 2 year period to de-sand and de-water the temporary quay works along a 720m stretch of seafront at the Port of Felixstowe. Euroflo supplied pumps, panels, pipework, and generators and service capability throughout the length of the contract.
A hydraulically powered heavy duty hard-iron pump is utilised in Whitby Harbour to maintain the shipping channels and prevent berths from silting up. Euroflo also supplied a 100m floating discharge pipeline to accompany the pump.
A submersible heavy duty hard-iron pump delivering 100T per hour of high quality sand to a major UK aggregates producer.
Sand winning utilising a heavy duty hard-iron pump mounted on the front of a floating dredger, and discharging down a 225m 8" discharge pipeline. Over the past 2 years this pump has delivered in excess of 200,000T of high quality sand.
This short video demonstrates the capabilities of the Euroflo fleet of hard-iron dredging pumps. It is possible to see the effect the agitator has on homogenising the product with the water and ensuring that the product is drawn into the eye of the impeller.
This shows a view of the floating caisson from inside the temporary sheet pile walls.
This video shows the scale and technical difficulty of the de-watering project at Newhaven. Over 30 submersible pumps were operating on site to ensure that the structural integrity of the caisson was not breached.
